Reception Area Policy

Please respect the tranquility of other spa guests and refrain from phone conversations or otherwise loud noises that may disrupt others in the studio.

Young children that are not being treated, or multiple guests that are not being treated, are not allowed to accompany you within the studio. The time you've scheduled is for your treatment and we want to use this time to concentrate on you. 

If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to bringing a small child, a cancellation/rescheduling fee will be assessed at that time as well, or it may result in the loss of your initial deposit.

Parents accompanying any minor client is the only exception to this policy. Parents may, and should, accompany minor clients.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. *If you are more than 15 min late you will have to reschedule and another deposit will be required.
We do not offer refunds for any services. Products may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase unused.
